The Ilhan Food Allergy Foundation's primary focus is the eradication of:

• Severe forms of food allergy, and
• The life-threatening anaphylactic reaction to food substances.

The Foundation will achieve its mission through:

• Supporting medical research into anaphylaxis, and
• Promoting education in the community.
