The Ilhan Food Allergy Foundation reviews applications for research grants once a year. An independent panel of allergy and immunology experts makes recommendations for research grant funding to the Board of Directors, based on competitive review of applications received.

Guidelines for grant applications are published in the August Issue of Australian Medical Journal and the Australian Society of Clinical Immunology and Asthma (ASCIA).

Who Can Apply

Research projects with potential for clinical application for the relief of food allergy and/or anaphylaxis are strongly encouraged to apply.

We seek expressions of interest from experienced allergy and or immunology researchers/clinicians within reputable Australian based Medical Research Institutions, Hospitals, Medical Clinics or Universities.
