The Ilhan Food Allergy Foundation is a charitable trust and is only able to give to charitable organisations that are income tax exempt and have Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status.

The following forms and items are required in order to submit an application to The Ilhan Food Allergy Foundation for consideration:

• Completed application summary (MS Word, opens in new window)
• Your project proposal.
• Current audited Financial Statements and Annual Report.
• Evidence of Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status for the organisation requesting the grant.
• Evidence of Income Tax Exempt status for the organisation requesting the grant.
• Evidence of being a Charity according to the Australian Tax Office.
• Full registered name of the organisation.
• Contact person at the organisation with a phone number, email and postal address.
• Details for 2 referees, including name, position, organisation, address and phone number.
